LittleBigCode in a few words Our mission is to assist businesses in successfully navigating the AI revolution. LittleBigCode is transforming AI consulting by combining expert teams with proprietary solutions and methods to deliver projects at an organizational scale, providing high value within record time. Our goal is to become a leading global player in AI consulting within the next 5 years, which means doubling our size annually. Recruitment is the most crucial element for a company’s success. Job description Your mission is to recruit the best consultants (data scientists, data engineers, data analysts, etc.) for the LittleBigCode teams and contribute to the company’s reputation and attractiveness. Your goal will be to make between 20 and 24 recruitments each year, depending on the seniority of the profiles. Your daily tasks will be as follows: Recruitment (80%) : · Defining and validating your recruitment plan with the managers and Heads of Practice · Qualifying the needs with the teams (scorecard, job description, advertisement) · Sourcing · Managing incoming applications · Conducting phone screenings · Conducting interviews · Overseeing the recruitment process from A to Z up to the job offer · Developing and maintaining your candidate pool · Ensuring the best possible candidate experience Communication and employer branding (10/15%) · Developing relationships with our partner schools and participating in various job fairs and recruitment events · Communicating on recruitment-related topics · Participating in LittleBigCode community events Continuous Improvement (5/10%) : · Regular monitoring of tools and best practices in the field · Participating in the development and evolution of recruitment standards · Tracking KPIs and providing weekly reports
