As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our daily operations, ensuring smooth communication, and contributing to the organization of events and activities. Your responsibilities will include:
✔ Administrative & Operational Support
* Managing emails and phone calls
* Scheduling meetings and maintaining agendas
* Preparing meeting rooms and materials
✔ Event & Activity Organization
* Assisting in planning and coordinating internal and external events
* Handling logistics and communication related to activities
✔ Finance & Invoice Management
* Liaising with the finance department for invoice processing and follow-up
✅ You have experience in administrative support or a similar role (internship is also good)
✅ You are fluent in Dutch or French and have an excellent command of English
✅ You are organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
✅ You enjoy a variety of tasks and working in a fast-paced environment
✅ You are comfortable using office tools (emails, calendars, spreadsheets, etc.)
