For one of our dynamic and fast-growing clients in the Antwerp region, we are currently looking for a Logistics Assistant who can manage the entire logistics flow from A to Z. This young and innovative company provides a unique end-to-end service for international clients who want to import or export goods without having to rely on a traditional importer or build their own logistics infrastructure. They act as a local supply partner, offering complete support including customs clearance, warehousing, re-palletizing, relabeling, and distribution on demand. They work with both sea and road transport, mainly through the Port of Antwerp and Rotterdam, and serve clients worldwide.Your tasks as a Logistics AssistantAs a Logistics Assistant, you will play a key role in overseeing the full logistics process, including:* Managing import/export cases from arrival in the port to delivery to end customers* Coordinating customs clearance and liaising with customs agents* Organizing warehousing, re-labeling, and re-palletizing as needed with selected partners and/or directly* Preparing and following up on distribution orders based on client requests* Communicating with suppliers, clients, and carriers via mail and phone* Handling all related logistics administration and documentationOur ideal Logistics Assistant* You have experience in logistics or a strong interest in the sector* You have a solid understanding of import/export procedures* You speak and write perfect English - Spanish and/or French are strong assets and all extra languages are a plus* You are mature, take responsibility, and are flexible in both tasks and working hours* You are proactive, accurate, and solution-oriented* You are comfortable working independently, but also enjoy collaborating with a very small team* Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) is a significant advantageWhat we offer to you as a Logistics Assistant* Hybrid work model: 2 days per week in the office (Antwerp region) and 3 days from home* A varied and responsible role in a fast-growing and unique company* On-the-job training and opportunities for professional growth* Competitive salary and benefits* A supportive, professional, and no-nonsense working environmentReady to take the next step in your logistics career?Apply now and be part of an ambitious company shaping the future of international logistics.
