Key responsibilities
This role requires a balance of client relationship management, operational oversight, and strategic thinking to ensure services are delivered efficiently and aligned with evolving client business needs.
* Senior Project Manager with proven experience in Oracle Cloud projects, to work on demands related to Tax Reform and other initiatives;
* Organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, ensuring project execution efficiency;
* Strategic vision and strong results orientation;
* Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex technical problems;
* Gathering and analyzing business requirements;
* Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property.
Required Experience & Skills
* BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degree;
* Experience with supporting/managing accounting functions in Oracle ERP;
* Ability to quickly understand and decompose financial, business, and technical concepts;
* Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills;
* Strong written and verbal communication skills;
