Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients across various platforms, including phone, email, and chat.
* Assist customers with inquiries related to media subscriptions, content access, and technical support.
* Handle issues related to billing, account management, and services, ensuring timely resolution.
* Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
* Stay updated on the latest media content, offerings, and company policies to provide accurate information.
* Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records for future reference.
* Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve any escalated customer issues promptly.
Requirements
* Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
* Previous experience in customer service, especially in the media or entertainment sector, is a plus.
* Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
* Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidance to customers.
* Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
* A passion for media and entertainment, with an understanding of industry trends.
