In our Compliance department in the Netherlands, we are looking for a Compliance analyst with focus on Governance/Privacy to join the dynamic and friendly team of compliance professionals.
The compliance analyst brings a good Compliance understanding with in depth GDPR knowledge and provides privacy related advice & support to the business. He/she will also be involved in all aspects of Compliance e.g. monitoring and testing, training, interpretation of new regulatory requirements, development of policies & procedures, reporting.
How will you make an impact in this role?
1. Provide Compliance advice to all lines of business by analyzing legislative an regulatory compliance requirements, policies and procedures.
2. Develop and maintain a working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and internal policy requirements.
3. Management and resolution of compliance gaps
4. Contribute to the execution of Compliance monitoring programs to ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements and procedures.
5. Coordinate, compile and maintain Compliance reports, inventories
Minimum Qualifications
6. Higher education
7. Knowledge of GDPR/Privacy legislation
8. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations pertaining to the payments industry, global financial crimes compliance, which include, but are not limited to: European Money Laundering Regulations, Anti-Corruption & Bribery laws
9. Proactive and solution oriented.
10. Proven ability to build rapport, garner respect and exercise authority appropriately in a collaborative environment.
11. Professional maturity and confidence in expressing a point of view with colleagues at various levels.
12. Self-motivated, energetic team player with ability to work effectively in a matrix organization with all levels of management.
13. Excellent organizational and planning skills;
14. The ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a deadline-intensive environment
15. Excellent knowledge of French, Dutch and English language, spoken and written.
