About the Role:
We are supporting a leading industrial organisation in Wallonia in their search for a senior E&I Manager to lead maintenance for instrumentation, E&I, and automation. This is a key leadership role within the team.
You will be responsible for managing maintenance teams, ensuring operational reliability, and driving excellence in instrumentation and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage maintenance operations for instrumentation, E&I, and automation
* Supervise and develop the engineering team
* Ensure operational reliability and continuous improvement across systems
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and automation goals
* Drive projects and maintenance initiatives, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards
Candidate Profile:
* Senior-level professional with 5–15 years of experience in E&I and maintenance engineering
* Strong leadership and team management experience
* Hands-on knowledge of instrumentation, electrical systems, and automation
* Fluent in French; able to work onsite full-time in Mons
* Experience in industrial environments preferred
* Able to start February 2026
