Summary:
* Looking for a Workday Support Analyst based in Spain to join our team and play a key role in system enhancements, support, and stakeholder collaboration across HR, Finance, and Technology functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support Workday system projects, upgrades, and process improvements.
* Act as a Workday expert, advising on best practices and in-depth knowledge.
* Conduct complex testing and troubleshoot issues on the Workday HCM system.
* Coach internal teams on HR and Finance tech solutions.
* Manage projects with a focus on quality, timeliness, and budget.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience with Workday and Analytics.
* Fluent Spanish & Strong English communication skills.
* Solid problem-solving abilities.
