Job Title: Commercial Leader
Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Commercial Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and developing innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with our overall business objectives.
* Lead the commercial department and drive sales growth through identifying new market opportunities and analyzing competition.
* Maintain strong relationships with high-level clients and negotiate contracts to deliver successful deals.
* Manage large public tenders and optimize the delivery of small and larger tenders.
* Drive transactional sales activities and ensure their integration into local operations.
Requirements
* A proven track record in a senior commercial role, preferably within a B2G environment, with experience in public tenders.
* A strong and relevant network within the mobility sector that can be leveraged.
* A proactive, innovative, and visionary approach to the future of mobility.
* A strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality and a results-oriented approach.
* Demonstrable experience in leading, motivating, and coaching sales teams.
* Analytical strength and ability to translate data into commercial insights.
* Fluency in both Dutch and French.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
