Contract length: 12 months We are working with a client in Brussels who are looking for a Business Analyst with over six years of experience supporting HR systems and processes. This individual is adept at translating stakeholder needs into practical functional solutions, working effectively within agile environments, and leading process improvement initiatives. They bring a strong focus on tool reliability, testing support, and data-driven reporting to drive both efficiency and compliance. Key Responsibilities Engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify, challenge, and consolidate business needs and pain points Develop deep expertise in the organisation's HR tools, processes, and underlying data structures Partner with subject-matter experts to shape product concepts, define functional architecture, and map end-to-end processes Own the definition of acceptance criteria for features and deliverables within your scope Work in close alignment with the product owner and development team throughout feature refinement and sprint planning Act as a bridge between the business and technical teams, ensuring development has the clarity needed to deliver effectively Coordinate and support business testing activities, including the organisation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Balance strategic change initiatives with day-to-day operational tasks, recurring activities, and incident resolution Identify and implement continuous improvements that enhance the customer experience, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance Produce and maintain clear, accessible documentation covering process execution, incident handling, and ongoing support Oversee the proper functioning of HR tools deployed across the organisation Contribute to data model design and the evolution of reporting capabilities through applied data analytics Operate as a collaborative member of a multidisciplinary agile team alongside engineers, a product owner, and a scrum master Essential Skills & Experience At least six years of relevant professional experience in a business analysis role Solid knowledge of SAP Cost Accounting — mandatory Hands-on experience with Archibus and SAP Ariba Strong grounding in HR processes such as xjsrcvq payroll and benefits administration Experience with Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes Confident working with data analytics tools and interpreting complex datasets Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies Fluent in English, French, and Dutch Advantageous Experience Background in facility management, including financial reporting and cost oversight Working knowledge of SAP HR modules Proven ability to manage both large-scale transformation projects and smaller operational changes Strong analytical thinking combined with effective stakeholder management Clear and confident communicator with solid documentation skills Comfortable contributing in cross-functional, multidisciplinary team settings
