YOUR FUTURE PROJECTS :
Like Pierre, Project Manager at Cream, you manage IT projects and handle the scope, planning and budget. Your tasks will be :
* Understand and validate the functional and applicative scope of IT projects
* Structure and drive the delivery roadmap
* Coordinate business and IT stakeholders around applicative topics
* Supervise application lifecycle activities, from design and build to testing, deployment and handover to run teams
* Manage external vendors and internal IT teams involved in application delivery, integration or maintenance
* Monitor budget, planning and workload, ensuring consistency between functional scope, technical complexity and delivery commitments
* Identify applicative risks (functional gaps, data quality, legacy constraints, integration issues) and define mitigation action plans
* Ensure the quality and consistency of deliverables
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM OUR CONSULTANT?
* At least 5 years of experience in project management on IT applications
* Certifications in PM methodologies (PMP, Prince2, Agile practitioner...)
* Fluent in French and English; a good level of Dutch is an asset
* Experience with relevant tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence...)
* Very good communication skills, especially in multi-stakeholder environments
