* Lead, coach and develop a team within Accounts Payable and Treasury
* Responsible for recruitment, performance management and team development
* Ensure the accurate and timely processing of invoices and bank transactions
* Oversee month-end and quarter-end closings within AP & Treasury
* Guarantee the quality, accuracy and compliance of financial processes
* Organise, monitor and optimise workflows
* Drive continuous improvement of processes and systems
* Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with regulations
* Act as a key stakeholder and business partner within Finance and across departments
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or similar
* Relevant experience within Accounts Payable and Treasury
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
* Experience with SAP FI and financial systems
* Advanced Excel skills
* Good understanding of compliance, tax and internal controls
* Fluent in Dutch, French and English
* Proven experience in people management and coaching
* Strong organisational and planning skills
* Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
