We are seeking a talented HR Officer to support the daily operational activities of our EMEA HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform end-to-end recruitment processes for white-collar positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Manager.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies together with the Talent & Acquisition Manager.
* Build and maintain a talent pipeline by utilizing various recruitment channels and networking platforms.
* Foster an efficient recruitment process with a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
This role requires attention to detail and excellent communication skills to effectively support the HR needs of the organization.
Talent Management & Development:
* Coordinate training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
* Assist in the implementation of e-learning tools.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning & development to continuously improve training offerings.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations, as well as good knowledge of English language. Experience in HRIS or other HR-related software is also preferred.
