Responsibilities and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or equivalent, with a strong background in HR management and at least 3 years of experience in the field.
They should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Additionally, they should be proficient in Dutch or French and fluent in English.
