About the role
Field Manager On Trade – Region: Antwerp & Limburg
As part of the On-Trade Department, and reporting directly to the CEO Benelux, you will actively contribute to the development, visibility, and activation of their brands within the on-trade channel (horeca, drinks & wine trade, online and BB).
Your responsibilities include:
1. Developing and distributing the portfolio within on-trade clients in your region
2. Managing and executing commercial agreements with customers
3. Driving brand activation through animation, visibility, and merchandising
4. Actively prospecting new horeca accounts while maintaining existing relationships
5. Acting as a true brand ambassador in the premium segment
6. Collecting and reporting market insights and field feedback to management
About the ideal candidate
You are a true commercial with a passion for premium brands and the horeca world.
You bring:
7. Strong commercial flair and deal-driven mindset
8. Proven experience in on-trade sales (beverages, wines, spirits)
9. Excellent knowledge of the on-trade network
10. Native or fluent Dutch (comfortable on the phone)
11. Autonomous, dynamic, and field-oriented personality
12. Strong relationship-building skills with chefs, sommeliers, horeca owners, and distributors
13. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prove yourself
