This role offers the unique opportunity to combine financial insight with strategic collaboration in a global organization that values both precision and creativity.Why You Should Apply:Enjoy a hybrid work culture that offers flexibility and supports work-life balance.Thrive in an international environment with a role that offers global visibility and meaningful impact.Be part of a company that’s big enough for complex, high-impact projects—but small enough for you to make a tangible difference.Receive fair and comprehensive compensation along with attractive extra benefits, including meal vouchers, net allowance, and insurance coverage.Role Responsibilities:Coordinate the monthly financial close, reconciliation, and performance review activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Deliver clear, timely, and actionable reporting and insights on performance against budgets, forecasts, and historical trends to support business planning.Develop quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and strategic financial plans for Global Corporate Technology, supporting innovation and R&D initiatives.Prepare and share financial results and recommendations with senior partners, contributing to key organizational planning discussions.Coordinate and support capital equipment requests and capital funding submissions.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and financial tools.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.3+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance, or an advanced degree with 2+ years in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance colleagues.Ability to influence senior leaders on financial implications of business decisions.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence in presenting financial insights to senior professionals.Bonus Points If You Have:Experience with FP&A, financial reporting tools (e.G., Hyperion, Oracle EPM, Power BI, Tableau).A proven record of adaptability, teamwork, and delivering results in fast-paced, global environments.
