We are looking for an OT & IT System Engineer to accelerate the site's digital transformation. In this strategic role, the focus will be on translating operational needs into scalable digital solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and reliability across production, always taking on security as a major aspect.
You are the key person to implement and manage OT infrastructures and to ensure the secure and efficient operation of industrial control systems (ICS), Scada and other OT environments.
The role requires as well international collaboration with IT and operational teams to ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with the industry standards.

In this role as OT & IT System Engineer, some of your responsibilities will include:
Support the adoption of new digital tools through structured communication, training, and hands-on guidance.
Stay ahead of industry trends and translate new technologies into useful, practical solutions for the production environment.

Holds a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, or has equivalent expertise gained through hands-on experience.
Previous exposure to digital transformation or process enhancement (within a manufacturing or industrial setting) is an advantage.
Operates with ease in both Dutch- and English-speaking environments.
You can build bridges between the Engineering teams and bring OT and It together.

Good knowledge of Dutch and English.
