Senior Rail Site Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Rail Site Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site supervision, technical coordination, and electromechanical maintenance in the railway or metro environment.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to work on various projects, ensuring the quality of works aligns with project designs and specifications. The role involves coordinating with clients, authorities, partners, and subcontractors for site and material handovers. Additionally, you will be responsible for enforcing Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards on site and optimizing the use of internal and external resources according to project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement site-specific plans in collaboration with the Construction Manager.
* Monitor compliance with construction schedules and ensure timely availability of materials on site.
* Cordinate with clients, authorities, partners, and subcontractors for site and material handovers.
* Enforce HSE standards on site and optimize resource utilization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:
* Experience in the railway sector, preferably with 1-5 years of experience in site supervision, technical coordination, or electromechanical maintenance.
* A technical high school diploma (Electrical/Mechanical/Telecom) or Engineering degree, or equivalent technical background.
* Good command of French and English, both technical and fluent. Knowledge of Dutch or Italian is an asset.
