As a Customer Service Administrator to join their Preventive Maintenance team. In this role, you will support both customers and internal teams by ensuring smooth order follow-up, planning, and contract management.
Tasks:

Act as a primary contact for B2B customers across Central and Eastern Europe.

Manage and follow up on service contracts (calculations, preparation, renewals).
*
Plan and coordinate annual preventive maintenance visits.
*
Handle administrative tasks related to invoicing and reporting.
*
Support the commercial team with customer proposals (e.g., offering solutions when contracts are nearing expiry).
*
Collaborate closely with technical colleagues to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator that :

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service or a similar administrative role.
*
Strong communication skills with fluency in English and German (both written and spoken).
*
A genuine technical affinity and interest in working in a technical/industrial environment.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
