* Lead the development of comprehensive Project Procurement Plans, challenging requirements to improve value and efficiency.
Lead Procurement Execution
* Manage the full tender process—from preparation and launch to evaluation and award—ensuring transparency, compliance, and the best supplier fit.
* Develop negotiation tactics with project teams, lead contract discussions, and drive rapid yet high-quality contract finalization.
* Apply strong contract management expertise, ensuring supplier agreements fully align with client and project requirements.
Ensure Strategic Alignment and Governance

* Analyze spend data and operational needs to identify and establish framework agreements that create long-term value.
* Guarantee full compliance with company policies and external regulations, conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation plans.
Foster Market and Supplier Intelligence
* Develop in-depth understanding of supplier markets and performance to anticipate long-term project impacts.
* Evaluate and select suppliers that best meet technical and commercial requirements in coordination with Category Managers.
* Maintain strong supplier relationships through regular assessments to ensure quality, performance, and innovation.
