The position can be based in Brussels or Athens.
The Contract Management Specialist ensures the smooth and compliant execution of framework contracts within Cronos Europa’s service portfolio. Acting as the single point of contact (SPOC) for administrative contract matters, the Contract Management Specialist coordinates end-to-end contractual activities, from initial client requests to contract finalization, while ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and supporting financial, operational, and project-level transparency, including deliverables and supplier alignment.
Key responsibilities
Contract administration
* Manage administrative tasks related to the lifecycle of Framework Contracts.
* Ensure compliance with contractual terms and obligations throughout the contract duration.
* Coordinate and track the full request-to-contract process, from initial client request through to Specific Contract signature.
* Act as the SPOC for internal and external stakeholders regarding request and ordering processes.
* Liaise with consortium partners for contractual and administrative coordination when needed.
* Oversee financial follow-up at project level, including monitoring of consumption and margin.
* Perform administrative follow-up on deliverables, including project definition and acceptance documentation, and invoicing status.
* Ensure administrative and financial alignment with suppliers and subcontractors involved in the execution of the contract.
Financial and reporting support
* Collaborate with the Finance department to develop and maintain a clear Profit & Loss (P&L) view for each framework contract.
* Ensure accurate and timely reporting and documentation of contractual and financial data.
* Participate in controlling activities to monitor the performance and compliance of ongoing contracts.
Operational coordination and analysis
* Participate in meetings related to framework contracts and ensure clear, structured minutes are written and distributed.
* Contribute to the analysis of contractual and procedural implications when new projects or requests are introduced under existing frameworks.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that contractual processes are aligned with operational needs and planning cycles.
Qualifications :
* Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Legal, Economics, Finance, Business Administration (or a related field), or equivalent professional experience.
* Languages: Strong command of English, both written and spoken. Ability to understand and communicate in French is an asset.
Experience :
* 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in contract management and/or project management office, preferably within an EU or international context.
* Familiarity with administrative and financial processes related to framework contracts.
* Experience working with multi-partner consortiums is a plus.
