Your Missions
* Develop, review, and validate electrical design documents, including single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, load calculations, and panel layouts.
* Perform detailed electrical calculations, such as load analysis, short circuit and fault current calculations, and voltage drop assessments to ensure systems are properly sized, reliable, and safe.
* Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, civil, instrumentation) to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within the overall project.
* Support procurement and installation teams by providing technical clarifications, reviewing vendor documents, and verifying equipment specifications.
* Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with project standards, safety regulations, and both national and international electrical codes (e.g., IEC, NEC, IEEE).
* Prepare technical reports, progress documentation, and support project management with electrical-related decision making.
* Participate in site inspections, audits, and troubleshooting activities.
* Stay updated on the latest electrical engineering technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
Your Profile
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
* Proficient in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
* Proven experience in electrical design, installation, and commissioning, preferably in industrial or construction environments.
* Strong expertise in electrical design and calculations, including the use of electrical design software such as AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, ETAP, CANECO, or similar tools for creating and modifying wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and schematics.
* Ability to read, interpret, and create electrical drawings and documentation (single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, cable schedules, technical specifications).
* Solid understanding and application of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations (IEC, NEC, IEEE).
* In-depth knowledge of various electrical systems and components, including power distribution systems (low, medium, and high voltage), control systems and automation (PLCs, SCADA), motors, transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, protective devices, lighting design, emergency power systems, and instrumentation/control wiring.
* Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
* Experience with project management tools and document control systems is a plus.
