Core responsibilities as the Finance & Operations Manager
* Oversight of externalized accounting, budget preparation and monitoring, credit control, cash flow management
* Automating processes like invoicing, building systems that scale, IT-related improvements
* Profitability analysis, WIP and support partnership decisions
* Coordinating all internal and external support services (financial, facility management, administrative staff)
* Recruitment assistance, annual evaluations, training coordination
* Marketing and business development support
* Tracking firm strategy and integrating it into the business plan
* Client relations and ad hoc projects where relevant
You will construct and own the operational and financial management function. You will report primarily to the partners but work cross-functionally. Moreover, you will be actively involved with the board, contributing insights and recommendations.
What you bring as the Finance & Operations Manager
* Ideally Bilingual (French/Dutch) to communicate across the entire team.
* Minimum 6-7 years experience
