As a member of our IT Services team, you’ll help corporate employees keep laptops, servers, and websites running so they can build the technology that businesses worldwide rely on. You will be the go‑to knowledge expert, providing end‑to‑end services and frictionless on‑site technical support to keep productivity secure and uninterrupted.
ITS Support Engineers possess an advanced understanding of IT standards, systems, and equipment deployed throughout Amazon. You will work independently or collaborate with partner teams and contractors, advancing projects while maintaining a high level of productivity. You will adapt quickly to new processes, act as a mentor, and be the primary partner for escalations within the team.
This role will be based in São Paulo, Brazil.
Key job responsibilities
* Deliver on‑site, high‑quality, hands‑on support by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues, evaluating log files to determine the health of systems, software, and hardware.
* Provide on‑call support for high‑severity incidents and act as an escalation point of contact for the team.
* Triage and escape system or network outages to reduce downtime.
* Execute change‑management activities in a high‑availability environment.
* Partner with external teams and vendors on continuous‑improvement projects, define requirements, and manage execution to deliver operational excellence.
* Effectively manage and oversee IT asset inventories.
* Participate in hiring, training, and development of peers and new team members as a mentor.
* Continuously expand your skills, learn the latest technologies, and maintain knowledge of IT policies to provide technically accurate solutions.

Basic qualifications
* At least 2 years of corporate‑setting Windows, Mac, or Linux operating‑system support experience.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* At least 2 years of troubleshooting in a multi‑user, high‑availability environment.
* At least 2 years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience.
* Fluent in spoken, written, and read English.
Preferred qualifications
* Experience supporting video‑conference and tele‑conference equipment.
