* We seek a driven Risk Management & Competence Manager to join our M&E team and lead operational risk, improvement, and compliance in Part-145.
• Facilitate risk assessments
• Support safety investigations
• Manage KPI/SPI dashboards
• Maintain Safety IT systems
• Liaise with Part-145 assessors
• Oversee qualifications/competence
• Prepare key safety meetings
• Implement procedures and surveys
• Assess new tools/equipment risks
• Check contractors/new hires
• Monitor audits/findings
• Drive root cause analysis
• Promote safety culture and share learnings
• Advise teams and communicate safety
• Lead training and just culture initiatives
* Bachelor’s in (Aeronautics) Engineering or equivalent
* 3+ years in coordination or management (e.g., PM, safety, supervision)
* Knowledge of EASA regulations and SMS
* Experience with safety audits/investigations (aviation preferred)
* Skilled in risk assessment and corrective actions
* Familiar with compliance/reporting tools
* Fluent in English; Dutch/French a plus
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* High integrity, collaborative, and approachable
* Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable
* Team player with independent drive
* Committed to a strong safety culture
