What you will do
* Support the ICRO in shaping and governing IT Continuity & Resilience across the organisation.
* Define and promote IT Continuity, Resilience and Cyber Resilience principles.
* Deploy policies, frameworks, methods and tools within all IT tribes.
* Review architectures and technical designs from a resilience standpoint.
* Coordinate IT Continuity, DR and Cyber Resilience exercises.
* Report on continuity posture, risks and improvement actions.
* Build strong relationships with tribe continuity contacts and challenge stakeholders where needed.
What you bring
* Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Continuity, Resilience or DR.
* Strong understanding of infrastructure and application landscapes.
* Ability to translate resilience expectations for technical and non-technical audiences.
* Experience with policies, processes, procedures and governance.
* Ability to read, assess and validate architecture diagrams from a resilience viewpoint.
* Knowledge of Agile practices and stakeholder management.
* Strong communication, analytical mindset and ability to work under pressure.
