Main responsibilities will include: Seek for new business opportunities by identifying decision makers and influencers in the market Build and maintain relationships of trust with customers, both existing and new Apply a project-based approach in daily activities Achieve annual sales objectives and drive growth within the region Apply the BD Way of Selling, incorporating Customer Centricity and SalesForce.com Develop and execute account plans and sales strategies Collaborate with senior leaders and decision-makers within the territory Successfully plan and convert Connected Medication Management solution opportunities About you: Bachelor or master degree in pharmacy, biomedicine, nursing, business management or other relevant field Sales experience in a tender-driven environment, selling capital equipment to hospitals. Evidence-based track record in solution selling and cross-functional selling Fluency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken. French is desired. Strong project management skills Affinity in Healthcare IT and ICT, experience in Wireless Communication is advantageous Proven experience in distributing complex solutions in the healthcare sector Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
