Job Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in HR or a related field.
2. 7–10 years of HR experience, including several years in an international role.
3. Background in a global company, with strong understanding of European labor regulations; experience with APAC labor practices is a plus.
4. Strong interpersonal, communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Assertive, proactive, and able to take initiative while balancing strategic and operational priorities.
6. Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships across cultures and levels.
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
8. Ability to interpret HR metrics and provide insights for executive decision-making.
9. Ability to lead through influence and oversee potential company growth.
10. Experience leading culture, engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
11. Fluent in English and French; additional languages are an asset.
12. Willingness to travel occasionally.

Job Summary:

Based in Belgium, the HR Manager Global oversees all people-related activities across all countries excluding USA. The role ensures consistent HR practices, supports regional leaders, drives talent management, promotes a strong company culture, and ensures compliance with European, Canadian and Asian employment regulations. The role focuses on harmonizing HR practices across regions, while adapting to local requirements. The ideal candidate brings solid experience in a global organization, preferably as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, demonstrating initiative, assertiveness, and excellent communication skills.

Job Duties:

1. Regional HR Leadership
2. Serve as the primary HR point of contact for all entities.
3. Provide strategic people-related guidance to regional leadership teams.
4. Ensure alignment of regional HR practices with global policies and standards.
5. Support International projects in collaboration with the HR team.
6. Employee Relations & Compliance
7. Support managers and employees on performance management, conflict resolution, and HR policies.
8. Oversee compliance with local labor laws across multiple countries.
9. Lead employee relations cases, well-being initiatives, and disciplinary processes.
10. Talent Acquisition & Development
11. Manage end-to-end recruitment, in partnership with local agencies and internal stakeholders.
12. Oversee onboarding, training, and continuous development programs.
13. Compensation & Benefits
14. Coordinate regional compensation and benefits practices to ensure fairness and alignment.
15. Liaise with external payroll providers and ensure data accuracy.
16. Contribute to global compensation and benchmarking cycles.
17. HR Operations & Reporting
18. Maintain accurate HR data and employee files across regions.
19. Develop HR dashboards, KPIs, and analytical reports for leadership.
20. Support HRIS improvements and standardization of HR processes.

22. Master's degree in HR or a related field.

46. Examine documents, materials, and products and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy and conformance to standards and specifications.
47. Follow all SOPs in a given area.
48. Perform all other duties as assigned by Manager and/or designee.
