Shop Manager Pop-Up Store
Are you a natural people manager with commercial flair, energized by a busy store, and excited to help launch something entirely new?
For Trixie’s very first pop-up store in Kortrijk, we are looking for a full-time Shop Manager who will take ownership of the daily operations. This is not a typical office job, but a unique opportunity to build a new and exciting Trixie store concept from scratch and bring it to life on the shop floor.
Key responsibilities
Daily Store & Pop-up Operations
Responsible for opening and closing the shop
Maintain order, cleanliness, and a warm, inviting shopping experience
Ensure smooth daily operations of the pop-up, including practical and organizational tasks (such as on-site office management)
Team & People Management
Supervise 1–2 shop assistants on a daily basis
Occasionally supported by colleagues from headquarters who join the floor
Motivate, coach, and foster a positive working atmosphere
Merchandising & Presentation
Ensure attractive store presentation in line with Trixie branding
Follow merchandising guidelines closely and make adjustments where needed
Stock & Administration
Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock in a timely manner
Track orders and stock movements accurately
Maintain structure and oversight in a dynamic environment
Sales & Brand Experience
Serve as a true Trixie ambassador
Convey the brand story and product information with confidence
Drive sales and actively work toward daily and monthly targets
Your profile
You have 2 to 5 years of experience in retail or store management; experience in a similar role or sector is a plus
You are strong in planning, directing, and coaching people
You feel a connection with the Trixie brand and our target audience
You work accurately and follow instructions flawlessly
You are independent, proactive, and entrepreneurial
You can adapt quickly in a hands-on, operational environment
We Offer
A temporary assignment of at least 6 months (depending on the duration of the pop-up), with a start planned for mid-March. The exact location of the pop-up will be in Kortrijk .
Working hours will be set according to the shop’s opening hours, aligned with the customs of the region.
You are willing to work Saturdays and occasionally Sundays .
