DESCRIPTION OF THE MISSION Our client, specialized in the manufacturing of mechanical components, is looking for an Account Manager to strengthen its current team. Your responsibilities will include: Manage and follow up on a portfolio of industrial clients Maintaining a close commercial relationship Handle client interactions and oversee order tracking in line with priorities and specific requirements Coordinate internal actions with production, methods, and quality teams Contribute to resolving operational issues Analyze client needs and participate in the preparation of commercial offers and quotations Follow up on ongoing offers, carry out relaunches, and identify development opportunities within existing accounts Analyse technical drawings, machining processes, and industrial constraints PROFIL REQUIRED Degree : Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in business, management engineering, or commercial engineering Experience : 2 to 5 years in a B2B environment, ideally in an industrial or technical context Hard Skills : o Strong analytical and structuring skills with customer focus o Fast learner with good questioning and adaptability o Good command of office and digital tools Desired Softs Skills: o Curious, structured, and reliable o Team player with a customer-oriented mindset o Strong sense of responsibility PRACTICAL INFORMATION Languages : English C1-C2, Dutch C1-C2, French and German are a plus Location : Eupen Contract type: CDI Salary range: 2700€ brut – 4500€ brut Benefits : Meal vouchers and insurance Remote work : No Recruitment process : One Teams interview, 2 presential interviews Context : Strengthening an existing team Interested in the position?
