Reports to: Senior Credit Control Manager Benelux
Principal Accountabilities and Duties:
* Updating and maintaining customer records and update the customer master data including contact information in the accounting software
* Check uploaded new customers via EBI
* Inform Front Office if customer data in SalesForce (Field database) is wrong
* Perform a credit check/report daily and on request of the Field
* Check open jobs in field database and perform a credit check/report when required
* Perform credit checks after 6 months for trading customer and update systems accordingly
* Update the field database, accounting database and excel file with the credit check information
* Sending written reminders
* Sending out balance confirmations to the clients
* Preparation of incoming payment details (cash & banking)
* Photocopying
* Create PO's for Finance/Credit Control and Payroll in GFS
* Ad hoc tasks as required by the Credit Control department or Finance Department as applicable
Profile:
* Starter - school leaver
* Can work on own initiative
* Self motivated
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office required
* Good team player
* Good time management
* Good attention to detail
* Bilingual Dutch & French (good knowledge of English an asset)
