What we're looking for
* Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
* Experience: 3–6 years in HR roles, preferably in a matrix or international environment
* Skills: Strong interpersonal and advisory skills, knowledge of Belgian labor law, HRIS systems, and change management
* Languages: Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a strong asset
* Leadership: Ability to influence, coach, and collaborate across levels
* Bonus points: Experience with HR analytics, DEI programs, or organizational development
