littleBIG Hospitality Group is a holding company specialized in the development, design, and operations of luxury hospitality projects worldwide. We bring together an unique portfolio of agencies in gastronomy consulting, architecture, interior design, communications, and hotel concepts and operations, working exclusively on high-end, large-scale projects.
We are looking for a Corporate Chief Financial Officer to lead the group’s strategic finance function across the holding and its brands, working closely with the Group President and the CEOs of each business unit.
Key responsibilities
* Define and execute the group’s overall financial strategy
* Lead financial consolidation across the holding and its subsidiaries
* Own the annual budgeting process and budget control
* Deliver forecasting and mid- to long-term financial planning
* Design and optimize international tax structures
* Drive cost optimization and margin improvement
* Analyze profitability by project and client
* Define financial KPIs for each business unit
* Oversee audits and manage relationships with financial institutions
* Partner directly and continuously with the Group President and CEOs to set and track strategic objectives
This role requires full availability to travel to the group’s offices and the countries where it operates financially and corporately, to ensure maximum financial and tax efficiency across jurisdictions.

Required profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
* MBA or a Master’s in Corporate Finance, International Tax, or Financial Management strongly preferred
* Minimum 8–10 years of experience in senior finance leadership
* Mandatory hospitality experience (hotels, resorts, international restaurant groups, or hotel holdings)
* Experience in international environments and multi-country structures
* Strong knowledge of international tax and cross-border structuring
* Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written)
* Proven experience leading finance teams
* Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset
* Highly structured, rigorous, and results-driven profile
