We’re hiring an Inventory Planner (approx. 2 years’ experience ) to help keep spare parts available—reliably and cost-effectively. You’ll monitor inventory to maintain a safety stock, place purchase orders with suppliers, and ensure product and planning data stays accurate as new products are launched. Your responsibilities: Prepare purchase orders for raw material, components and related items as specified by engineering and production specifications and schedules. Compile and summarize statistical data used to determine buying trends/volumes and establish price objectives and/or opportunities. Identify potential suppliers and evaluate capability, service, cost and overall suitability. Review comparison chart and proposals, negotiate prices, select or recommend suppliers with respect to cost, quality and delivery for standard purchases. Source and purchase raw materials, packaging materials, parts, components, services, supplies, finished goods and related material needed for production. Take appropriate action in resolving discrepancies in order quantity, price and seek corrective action on late deliveries. Coordinate and follow up with production, warehouse, supply chain and others, as appropriate, to ensure appropriate procurement, scheduling and movement of materials and services. You have a bachelor degree in logistics / supply chain / engineering / sciences Around 2 years of experience in inventory planning, supply planning, purchasing support, or a similar supply chain role. Comfortable working with an ERP/planning tool A structured, proactive way of working: you like follow-ups, keeping an overview, and closing loops. Fluent in English.
