International People and Pay Partner
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage monthly multi-country payroll, ensure compliance with local legal requirements, and oversee employee benefits programs.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in international payroll and benefits management, with a strong understanding of social legislation. Fluency in English is required, with Dutch or French being a plus.
About the Role
* Manage monthly multi-country payroll in coordination with external providers.
* E nsure compliance with local legal requirements, including social declarations, internal audits, and GDPR compliance.
* Oversee and maintain employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, pension, and mobility.
* Work closely with both local and international HR teams.
* Actively contribute to continuous improvement and HR digitalization initiatives.
