Your role: collaborative engineering
We don’t believe in coding in silos. As a Senior Developer, you will be a driving force in our Mob Programming environment. You will solve complex architectural puzzles together with your peers, ensuring high code quality and instant knowledge sharing.
Global Scaling: design systems capable of handling a massive, multi-tier international user base.
Hybrid Mastery: navigate and improve our ecosystem across Node.js and PHP.
Quality Leadership: apply TDD and DDD principles to build resilient, maintainable software.
AI in our product: build features that leverage AI to enhance user experience and automate complex processes (such as scanning and validating uploaded documents)
What you bring
Senior Expertise: 4+ years of experience in Node.js. You’ve built and scaled production‑grade systems.
Polyglot Mindset: a proven track record in PHP. You’re comfortable navigating existing codebases to move the platform forward.
Collaboration First: you thrive in a mobbing setup. You believe that the best code is written together.
Engineering Excellence: A “quality‑first” mentality with experience in TDD and Domain Driven Design.
Learning: You’re eager to learn new programming languages and technologies such as using AI to boost productivity.
Fluency: Strong communication skills in English.
