You are the commercial driving force behind our expansion in the European hospital market, building strong new customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the complete sales cycle—from first contact to successful contract signing.Pentapack is expanding, and to support this growth we are building a motivated and ambitious sales team that wants to make a real impact. You will represent innovative, high‑quality, and modular packaging solutions that are already trusted and purchased internationally. You will present and demonstrate our packaging equipment to customers, actively listen to their feedback, and translate customer needs into tailored configurations. Together with our engineering team, you will contribute to customer‑specific features and help drive product innovation in line with evolving market requirements.Depending on your interest and experience, you may also have the opportunity to contribute to sales initiatives in the United States, adding an exciting international dimension and long‑term career growth potential to your role.ResponsibilitiesExpand Pentapack’s customer base within European hospitalsPresent and demonstrate our blister packaging machines, both on‑site and online, including reference visitsPrepare, negotiate, and follow up on commercial offersBuild and maintain long‑term relationships with hospital pharmacies and key stakeholdersMonitor market developments and trends in hospital pharmacy and hospital logisticsRepresent Pentapack at trade fairs and industry conferences in Europe (and potentially the US)Coordinate closely with technical and engineering teams on customer‑specific configurationsClearly report sales activities and progress to the Sales ManagerProfileStrong commercial skills with a technical affinity; experience in capital equipment or machine sales is a plusWillingness to travel frequently within Europe and occasionally to the United StatesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsFluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of German and/or French is a strong assetIndependent, customer‑focused, and strong in relationship managementSolution‑driven mindset with a professional attitude
