About the position
Our client is a frozen foods wholesaler & distributor operating in Belgium and Luxembourg. Their mission is to provide high‑quality frozen food products with wide choice, good quality / price, adapted service and reliable logistics.
Your role will be to manage clients active in the retail, out-of-home (OOH) and export sectors and to build strategic partnerships to further develop the business. You will evolve in an entrepreneurial environment and work in close collaboration with the Sales Director and the Field Sales Manager.
Your responsibilities:
5. Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with a portfolio of partners to foster long-term growth.
6. Strategic development: Lead the development and implementation of strategies to acquire new accounts and grow in the retail, OOH and export markets.
7. Product launches and promotions: Design and implement comprehensive plans for new product launches and promotional activities to stimulate market engagement.
8. Annual negotiations and growth: Manage annual contractual negotiations, focusing on business growth and strengthening partnerships.
9. Budgeting and forecasting: Oversee budget allocation, prepare forecasts and collaborate on planning and logistics to ensure consistent product availability.
10. Market expansion: Identify and exploit market opportunities to introduce products into new markets, thus improving the company's overall performance.
11. Client P&L management: Take charge of client profits and losses (P&L) to ensure that financial objectives are met.

17. You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
18. You speak Dutch and French fluently and also have a good command of English.
