The role
We are looking for a talented Webdesigner, to join our international Delivery team. The role is based in our new Antwerp office, but the teams are working from all across Europe and the UK. The WordPress Developer will be responsible for the set up of our Saas products, in accordance with clients requirements for the Benelux market.
1. Gather all the information required to set up the SaaS product for the customer
2. Manage client requests and prioritize workflow
3. Perform all the necessary tasks to configure the websites and the CRM for the customer to use the SaaS
4. Perform the necessary product configuration to fulfill the customer requirements
5. Present the progress and the final product to the customer and answer queries
6. Tickets management in collaboration with R&D team
7. Follow up with developers and product expert teams
8. Cooperate with Success Manager in controlling the project scope (avoid scope creeping)
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a stakeholder management environment, as well as providing technical support in the set up of web based products, using CMS tools. As well as:
9. Advanced level of Dutch and intermediate English
10. Previous experience preferably in a SaaS company and in a similar role
11. Excellent customer communication and problem-solving skills
12. Capability to act as “power user” for complex business applications like CRM, ERP, CMS, Marketing automation platforms
13. Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
14. Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
15. Notion in SEO, such as loading content, creating titles, SEO tags, and descriptions
16. Understanding of PHP development will be appreciated
