Mission Context
We are looking for an experienced
Solution Architect
to join our architecture team and support a major
digital transformation
in an agile environment. You will work closely with agile teams to design and deliver innovative solutions while managing existing legacy systems.
This role requires a
senior profile
with strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with agile teams to design and implement solutions aligned with business needs.
* Develop architectures and frameworks that support digital transformation.
* Document and address data structures, solution architecture, and system requirements throughout the full lifecycle.
* Create
Archimate designs
and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
* Work with legacy systems while introducing innovative ideas for modernization.
* Support mobile app and website architecture initiatives.
* Act as a liaison between business, IT, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and prioritization.
Required Experience & Knowledge
* Minimum 5 years
of relevant IT experience (preferably 10), including development and analysis.
* 4–5 years
in solution architecture within large, complex organizations.
* Strong knowledge of
cloud platforms
and high-volume transaction environments.
* Experience with
Archimate
, mobile apps, and websites.
* Awareness of mainframe environments (no deep expertise required).
* Broad business knowledge and ability to work across multiple domains.
Preferable:
* Familiarity with advanced technologies (AI, machine learning, NLP, data mining).

* Preferable:
PSD2, private loans/leasing, card payments, CRM, accounting
Education & Certification
* University degree in Computer Science or Information Systems (or equivalent).
* TOGAF certification
required.
Languages
* Dutch: Good
* French: Good
* English: Fluent (spoken and written)
Soft Skills
* Excellent communication and listening skills.
* Ability to guide remote architects and act as SPOC for the chief architect.
* Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
* Proactive, self-starter, and team player.
* Ability to manage teleworking and maintain stakeholder engagement.
