General Accounting – Belgium & LuxembourgYou will play a key role in daily and analytical management:- Sorting and processing accounting emails, operational follow-up.- Entering purchases, sales, financial transactions, journal entries (including payroll) — with analytics.- Internal re-invoicing (vehicles, charging stations, various expenses, etc.).- Managing customer/supplier payment schedules, reminders & collections.- Preparing accounting statements, closings, balance sheets.- Financial analyses (margins, costs, profitability) + recommendations to management.2. Declarations & legal obligations- VAT declarations (monthly / quarterly), intrastat, customer listings.- UBO, withholding tax, NBB.- Support for external accountants for in-depth taxation (e.G., corporate tax).3.
