What you will do
* Design and govern secure Digital Workplace architectures within a highly regulated enterprise environment
* Define scalable Modern Workplace solutions across Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystems
* Lead architecture initiatives around Cloud PC, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Microsoft Copilot and endpoint modernization
* Produce high-level designs, architecture standards and detailed technical documentation
* Ensure alignment between workplace solutions, security policies and compliance requirements
* Collaborate with infrastructure, security, engineering and operations teams on implementation initiatives
* Advise technical teams on endpoint management, cloud workplace security and Zero Trust principles
* Support the evolution of the Digital Workplace roadmap and cloud-first strategy
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on user experience, automation and operational efficiency
* Participate in architectural governance and technology evaluation workshops
What you bring
* Strong experience as a Digital Workplace, Modern Workplace or Infrastructure Architect
* Proven expertise with Microsoft 365 technologies (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Microsoft Copilot)
* Strong Azure knowledge including (Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365, Intune, Conditional Access, Hybrid identity)
* Experience designing secure workplace solutions in highly regulated environments
* Good understanding of Zero Trust, endpoint security and passwordless authentication
* Experience writing architecture documentation and technical design documents
* Knowledge of networking fundamentals including VPN, VLAN, NAC and endpoint connectivity
* Experience supporting technical implementation teams and stakeholders
* Practical scripting and automation skills using PowerShell
* Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills
* Fluent English with professional French/Dutch
