Mission.
Corporate Servicing is responsible for daily banking operations for corporate clients, covering the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding to account closure.
As a Corporate Servicing Officer, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Prioritizing incoming requests in line with internal rules and procedures
2. Ensuring strict adherence to defined deadlines and service levels
3. Creating and managing client files (Matrix dossiers) according to internal processes
4. Performing signature controls on bank-wide contractual documentation (e.g. Electronic Banking, Cash Management, SDD, Credits, Letters of Credit, etc.)
5. Verifying legal documentation and signatures using multiple sources such as Legal Representative Databases, Official Gazettes, Crossroads Bank for Enterprises, E-Carina, TPX, and physical archives
6. Maintaining regular contact with Relationship Managers, Assistants, and, when required, directly with clients
7. Dispatching validated documentation to the appropriate internal banking departments
Required profile.
8. You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
9. You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in banking, finance, or a similar corporate environment
10. You are native or fluent in Dutch and French, with a strong command of English considered a major asset
11. You are a strong communicator, comfortable with both written and verbal interactions with internal teams and clients
12. You are autonomous, precise, and quality-driven, ensuring accuracy throughout the end-to-end process
13. You are pragmatic and solution-oriented, able to manage complex files efficiently
14. You work well in a team and proactively share issues, insights, and solutions
15. Knowledge of systems such as TPX, Pacific, and E-Carina, as well as the ability to understand corporate statutes, is a strong plus
16. You demonstrate a strong interest in finance and banking, with a client-focused mindset
17. You remain flexible and resilient in stressful situations and enjoy a hands-on approach
After an initial training period, the role offers a hybrid working model (50% onsite / 50% remote).
