Location: Northwood, United Kingdom
Key Focus: Cybersecurity KPIs, KQIs, dashboard design and automation, stakeholder coordination
Requirements:
* BSc or 10+ years of relevant experience
* Proven experience with Cyber Security dashboards and KPI frameworks
* ITIL, UX design, and BI tool expertise

Key Focus: Managing Deployable CIS infrastructure, configuration & change management, risk assessments, and SLA support
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of experience
* Strong leadership, configuration/change management, and O&M budgeting
* ITIL Intermediate or Managing Professional preferred

Location: Brussels, Belgium
Key Focus: Lead ITSM maturity assessments, service strategy coordination, performance framework updates, and stakeholder engagement
Requirements:
* ITIL v4 Practice Manager or Managing Professional
* Experience in service strategy, transition, and governance
* Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills

Key Focus: Service delivery monitoring, incident/problem management, service costing, and stakeholder relationship management
Requirements:
