You will be the technical heartbeat of a dedicated squad (2 developers), acting as their mentor, architect, and primary problem-solver. /p pBeyond standard full-stack duties, you will be our go-to expert for AI implementation and model building. You’ll be responsible for identifying how AI can elevate our client projects—from automating workflows to building custom LLM-powered features and predictive models. /p h3Who are you? /h3 ul libThe Bridge: /b You can translate complex AI concepts into creative digital solutions for our clients. /li libThe Lead: /b You enjoy managing a small, agile team of 2 developers, providing code reviews and technical mentorship. /li libThe Veteran: /b You have b7+ years of experience /b in development, with a significant focus on modern architecture. /li libThe Innovator: /b You don't just use AI tools; you understand how to build, fine-tune, and deploy them. /li libThe Aesthetic Architect: /b You have a "design-first" mindset.
