As a leading international player in festive lighting and decoration, we design and deliver turnkey experiences for shopping malls, cities, and iconic public spaces around the globe. We’re looking for a new Key Account Manager to drive our commercial activities in shopping malls and other retail properties in the regions of Flanders and The Netherlands. You will collaborate closely with our creative studio and project managers to ensure the best decoration experience for our customers.
Actively prospect and seek new customers and new opportunities amongst shopping malls, XXL retail properties and leisure parcs, within the territories assigned to you.
Ensure the follow-up from A to Z with the client throughout the project, from the reception of the call for tenders until the installation of the decorations.
Ensure a smooth collaboration between the different internal teams, including our creative Studio, our project managers and our production desk, while being the single point of contact for the customer within our company
Remote position (with 1 day at the office), based in Nivelles but open to travel to frequently meet with customers and drive projects on-site.
3 years in sales or key account management of projects. Experience working in retail property / mall operations / large format retail environment is a plus.
Languages
Proficiency level in Dutch, French and English.
Managing multiple accounts/projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, tracking milestones, coordinating internal teams and managing budget and risks.
U nderstand the (shopping)mall business and interests and develop a proposal that aligns with client needs and interests.
A full-time permanent contract (39h/week)
