Founded in 2018, Verbolia is disrupting the search landscape with a game-changing SaaS technology. We don't just follow trends; we set them. Our rapid international growth is fueled by the success of e-commerce giants like Dior, Chanel, Decathlon, Hugo Boss, and Walmart, who rely on us to scale their digital footprint.

As we continue to conquer new markets, we are looking for a Bilingual Customer Success Manager (FR/EN) who is as analytical as they are people-oriented. In this role, you won't just manage accounts; you’ll be a strategic partner helping global brands maximize their SEO/GEO and SEA potential.

We are a team on the move! We are currently based in Enghien, but to support our scaling team, we will be moving into brand-new, state-of-the-art offices in Nivelles at the end of 2026.


Tasks

What you will do

As a Customer Success Manager, you are the architect of our clients’ growth. You won’t just be answering questions; you’ll be driving the strategy that helps some of the world’s biggest brands dominate search results.

Strategic Relationship Management

* Be the Trusted Advisor: Act as the primary point of contact and strategic liaison between our clients and the Verbolia team.
* Navigate & Expand: Map out complex customer organizations to uncover new opportunities for partnership and internal product applications.
* Proactive Engagement: Maintain a high-touch relationship with your portfolio to ensure they are consistently realizing and exceeding the full potential of our technology.

Product Onboarding & Optimization

* Accelerate Time-to-Value: Lead the onboarding journey for new customers, ensuring a seamless transition and immediate engagement with the platform.
* Master the Demo: Conduct high-impact, one-on-one demos tailored to specific client needs, turning technical features into business solutions.
* Data-Driven Success: Deep-dive into product usage and performance indicators to identify specific, actionable SEO/GEO improvement opportunities for every client.

Growth & Advocacy

* Own the Success Plan: Build and execute bespoke engagement plans that align Verbolia’s capabilities with the client's long-term business goals.
* Champion the Customer: Act as the internal "Voice of the Customer," directly influencing our product development roadmap based on your frontline insights.
* Drive Revenue Growth: Partner closely with the Sales team to identify and close upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion opportunities.


Requirements

Your Profile

We are looking for a strategic thinker, a relationship builder and a problem solver.

The Essentials

* Experience: You have 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a strategic role within a SaaS environment or a Digital Marketing agency.
* Language Mastery: You are a Native French speaker with the ability to navigate complex business nuances. You are also fluent in English (written and spoken) to collaborate with our international team and global clients.
* Analytical Rigor: You have a data-driven mindset. You don’t just look at charts; you understand what they mean for a client's ROI.
* Communication Pro: You are comfortable presenting to stakeholders at all levels, from end-user to C-level.

Technical & Strategic Skills

* Search Marketing Savvy: A solid understanding of SEO/GEO is an advantage.
* Project Management: You are highly organized and can manage multiple client lifecycles simultaneously.
* Technical Literacy: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus as it will help you understand our product.
* Proactive Mindset: You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You don’t wait for solutions; you create them.
