Who are we looking for?
At Adshot, we’re committed to making our clients happy. We focus on planning and improving influencer projects to meet our clients’ needs. We’re now looking for a skilled Influencer Marketing Account Manager to manage big projects for famous brands like Proximus, the Flemish government, Bpost, Aïki noodles, Pizza Hut, JBL, and others.
Your role includes
* Taking care of your own group of clients to keep them happy and connected with Adshot.
* Creating interesting campaign ideas.
* Working with campaign managers to keep campaigns running smoothly.
* Turning project goals into clear targets.
* Making influencer marketing plans based on overall marketing strategies.
* Leading workshops to understand what’s important to our clients.
* Checking how well campaigns are doing and making changes as needed.
We are looking for someone who
* Has an entrepreneurial spirit.
* Brings at least 3 years of experience in PR, media, or marketing.
* Knows how to come up with strategic and creative ideas.
* Is good at solving problems.
* Listens well but stands firm in discussions.
* Understands the influencer scene and what’s trending.
* Is fluent in Dutch or French (Bilangual is a huge plus, English fluency is much desired).
* Organizes their work well and can switch between tasks quickly.
* Likes working with others but can also get things done on their own.
