A growing technology consultancy with extensive experience in service management platforms is expanding its team. They have nearly a decade of delivering implementation and migration projects, the company supports organizations in improving and transforming their service management processes, with a strong emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do-
* Leading and supporting platform implementation and migration projects
* Working across multiple modules (such as IT service management, customer service, HR, and others)
* Applying AI capabilities within the platform
* Translating business requirements into functional and technical solutions
* Configuring, customizing, and optimizing the platform
* Delivering high-quality results that align with client expectations
What You Bring-
* 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with platform implementations
* Strong functional understanding combined with technical configuration skills
* A proactive mindset with a desire to stay current on certifications and new features
* Excellent communication skills, Dutch ideally but open to people who want to learn
