Within a modern, collaborative and multicultural environment, you will be part of the legal team at the Belgian headquarters, supporting a wide range of commercial, operational and corporate activities. Your new role As a Legal Counsel Corporate & Commercial Law, you provide pragmatic, business‑oriented legal support in the areas of commercial law, corporate law and contract management.You report to the Legal Director and collaborate with several business lines, working on diverse files with interdisciplinary teams.Your responsibilities: Draft, review and negotiate contracts (procurement, engineering, construction). Support operational teams in managing disputes and claims (in collaboration with external lawyers when needed). Participate in cross‑functional projects involving different internal entities. Create and optimise contract templates; contribute to the digitalisation of legal processes. Provide legal advice on compliance and risk mitigation. Work closely with both Belgian and international teams. Your profile Master’s degree in Law, ideally with a focus on commercial and corporate law. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar legal role. Experience as an in‑house counsel is a strong asset. Excellent command of French or Dutch, with a professional level in the second language. Good knowledge of English. Strong drafting skills, pragmatic mindset, proactive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office.
